What's the big deal....?? Its obvious that what he meant was that they (the Admin) do not stop thinking about the way these animals want to hurt us again....

All the gleeful postings over a slip of the tongue reveals a lot more about Bush hating morons who take delight in it than it does about our President.....

The whole lot of you make me want to puke.....you all would have made great Taliban....

"They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."-GWBush

Wasn't he reading from a prepared speech? I wouldn't want to be that aide today. Of course, that aide will not be an aide tomorrow :)

I think the meds are getting a bit away from him although I did hear him say that atheism was patriotic today. OK, he didn't actually say that but he did say it was patriotic to worship or not to worship which is essentially the same thing.

Hold the presses! Bush is moving to the left!

He has a myriad of props... Alone he could never make it.
Trouble is someone else writes the speeches and maybe he doesn't proof read them before he makes them. Could it be that the writer of that speech was responsible for the error ?

Many of GW's malapropisms are fairly easy to excuse but this one really makes me wonder just how mentally together GW currently is.

It's the drugs talking.
Junior is on many mood elevators.

President George W. Bush is taking powerful anti-depressant drugs to control his erratic behavior, depression and paranoia, Capitol Hill Blue has learned.

The prescription drugs, administered by Col. Richard J. Tubb, the White House physician, can impair the President's mental faculties and decrease both his physical capabilities and his ability to respond to a crisis, administration aides admit privately.

“It's a double-edged sword,” says one aide. “We can't have him flying off the handle at the slightest provocation but we also need a President who is alert mentally.”
