That is such bullshit. It goes to employ people who sit around and do nothing. No one gets any help because by the time it filters down nothing is left.

We would be better off by just handing out $10000 checks to everyone and disbanding the government middleman.

We need that 400B defense budget because all of us, not just people who need it, require a national defense. This isn't a United Nations, New World Order, NATO, or International Community Defense. We can't rely on NATO to do their part IMO. We were attacked by Al Quaida and other NATO nations aren't lending us a hand to destroy those that attacked us. Thats insane!
