Making it illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving would help.

Speeding doesn't kill any more than new immigrants from Asia who bribe officials here in Vancouver to get a licence or learn to drive from incompetant Asian driving instructors who pass everyone who signs up with them.

Don't anyone who isn't from Vancouver bother to answer this one as you would have no idea what I'm talking about but almost every resident of the Vancouver BC area would back my statements, unless of course they are among the poorly taught themselves.

On our highways there is one very significant cause of accidents and that is the idiots that can't read plain english signs posted everywhere that say SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT, or choose to ignore them.

Another cause of accidents is talking on the phone while driving....banned in Australia.
