My understanding is that these boats did not operate solo....and the Swift Vets actually were in close proximity to Kerry's boat....

How many people were on a swift boat? 6?
But how many patrolled together and then returned to base. That is the issue. One gets to know the other men very well. The argument does not hold up and is not focused.

If you lived within a small group, would you not have a good idea about others? Of course you would. This is a dodge.

I am not absolutely positive who is lying, but which ever group it is must be nailed hard. Get the groups together and lets get to the bottom of this. It is very simple...

If you look at the swift boat piers, it is easy to understand how people knew each other and talked with other crewmen.

It depends on what the meaning of "with," is. The democraps are trying to define terms to their advantage.

What's important is what people knew about him. Of course the peons who reported to him are more likely to suck up to him for their 15 mins of fame.

His then-peers, those fellow officers who he served with and who are critical of him now, had no reason to seek his or anyone else's approval.
