Citrus County has a neighborhood code system which makes it very easy to search for comp sales in a given area for the last year or many years. Not perfect but very useful.

< know my county has tax records online at the county website, but you can only search one property at a time and must input the exact address (or tax ID number or name of owner). So it's not too useful in trying to get a picture of a whole street or neighborhood, unless you're patient. >

No GIS system linkup? Overlay of parcel map, click on the parcel you are interested in, view deed, tax value, and all related info? Use deed info to backtrack thru property history on register of deeds website?
