And btw, Kerry, in his congressional testimony, wasn't singling out the Swiftboat crews, he was making blanket statements....

He testified that he personally witnessed these events. Since he only served with the Swift Boats, it had to be them.

I told you to simply google "Vietnam" "atrocities" and see what shows up.....does that scare you?

No it doesn't scare me, but it is 1 - Doing your work and making your argument for you, and more importantly 2 - Its pointless. Its well know that attrocities occured in Vietnam and in just about every war. That fact isn't enough to make your case.

I don't intend to educate you every step of the way.

There is no need to educate me. I have an understanding of the subject. There is a need to make your argument, which at last you finally have started to do.

ie Harrassment and Interdiction. This was random artillery fire into villages all through the night without regard to who was in the village..

Random fire in to any old village was not a standard or accepted tactic. Fire in to villages with an enemy presence certainly did happen and yes it killed civilians but collateral damage is not an attrocity or war crime in the standard sense of those terms.

the Swift Boats would routinely strafe villages without regard to who may be in them...

Without regard to who might be in them? So your saying they would see villages and rutinely start shooting them up for no reason??

Ever heard of Operation Phoenix??

Yes I know about Operation Phoenix. Now what is your point about it, I'm not going to make it for you.

And btw, Kerry, in his congressional testimony, wasn't singling out the Swiftboat crews, he was making blanket statements.

1- He said he personally witnessed the atrocities and he implied that they where commonplace. That would mean that the swiftboat crews either commited them, or at least frequently witnesses them and failed to report them which would make them accesseries.

2 - Your using the fact that atrocities happened in Vietnam to argue against the credibility of the Swift Boat Vetrans. They never said that attrocities did not happen in Vietnam only that they where not a rutine thing. So unless attrocities where rutinely commited by them or at least in their precence your argument for impeaching their creidibility is at best weak.

3 - John Kerry said he personally took part in activities that where war crimes and stated witnessing even worse and/or more deliberate ones which he did not report. So either his credibility is low because he is or was lying about these things, or he is a war criminal.
