Why do you think the market has to go up so soon? The NAZ went straight up for almost a year ending in late Jan 04, with little to no growth in revenues of major players in tech for 4 years. It was the big money sucking everybody in and then taking their dollar cost averaging mutual fund gains away again.

Hi mindmeld, also think I bought too early but have built cash on the side, so this is the first batch. normally buy shares, and just write cc's if it appears too early, which has been handy during this downturn. Bought leaps instead of shares, because of terrorism risks - leaps leave more cash on the side while defining the maximum potential loss.

Check out this guy's side business. Geez

SACRAMENTO, California (AP) -- A former Verizon Wireless employee was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday on charges he stole more than $20 million from the company's prepaid cellular telephone service.

Timothy Charles Mattos, 32, of Folsom, was indicted on 10 fraud and money laundering counts.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
