The UN resolution did not provide for or authorize unilateral force. The UN did not vote to support an invasion.
shrub used the UN to hide behind at the same time the neocons pushing for war were declaring the UN irrelevant.
You can't have it both ways.
The UN excuse doesn't hold water.
