The Swift Boat Vets are getting a lot of play in blogdom and on talk radio, but not much breakout into the mainstream press, although more than I would have thought -- even in the WashPost and NYTimes, if only to diss them.

The thought occurred to me last night, that Barnes and Noble and others may be holding up distribution of the book.

The WaPo has had an opposing editorial and two opinion columns. Not a word in the News section. The NYT has not had one word. ABC, CBS, AND NBC have spiked it also. This spike by both media is a the worst example of bias I have seen in a while. Matthews is a major supporter of Kerry-cried like a baby on TV when Gore conceded-and O'Rielly doesn't want to get into a discussion of his war record during Vietnam.

The media would tell you that they "don't want to give credence to these lies." In truth, they hope, by riding it out, that it will go away. They may get away with it.
