Here's the actual Doris North report.
nirb.nunavut.ca

It has a satisfy our big picture concerns written into it, and a lot of "this is new for us" language. It's a peculiar read, almost apologetic to MNG though. In otherwords, they are concerned, and not sure of themselves. Sounds like somebody will have to be bought off.

Kind of hard to predict weather, which is a big element in these plays. I just assume "normal" on any of these, corn, natural gas, whatever, and then seek out maladjusted markets to play, where there are fundamental shortages. If the bears draw the inside straight anyway, what can one do? That's been happening of late too. Can they do it again this winter? If so, it still looks like a fairly low risk bet for nat gas bulls.

From RJ:

"Regardless of the exact timing of a nat gas price improvement, we believe that is highly likely that over the next three to five months, NG prices return to the 5.5 to 1 crude oil to NG price ratio that coincides with heating oil equivalents. Favorable fuel switching ratios are going to put significant pressure on the US gas storage system.
