Okay, that was almost too easy. Apparently I built this particular wheel so well I need only point at it. Let's hope this streak continues when I start on filing of public messages.

"Return to InBox" now works in the private message list when viewing a folder.

Keep in mind that if you want to delete a folder, you have to empty it first, and this is the only way to empty a folder.

It'd be handy if this function returned you to the folder you were viewing after returning a message to the InBox, but it doesn't currently. It will further down the road. For now, it takes you to your InBox.

I'm seeing some garbled folder names, which I suspect may be cause by "single quote" (and maybe also parentheses in the folder name). The same folder names are not correctly populated in the FOLDER table; most of the "bad" ones have something like "???????" as the name, but folder_manage shows something like "???????espfpic) of people ".
