kerry has done anything decisive enough to have a high unfavorable rating. you really have to take a strong stance for people to be able to disagree with you. however, i would agree that the swift boat vets are not getting the traction that Rove would have liked.

Swifties may actually get negative traction (i.e. boost undecided voters) when this 'inconsistencies' (read: lies) in their statements get out. It wouldn't take many of these to cast a pall of doubt over all the Swifties. Too bad, but many hooked their stars to only a few who actually were present for the events, and now it turns out that at least some of those were lying through their teeth. The more details that come out about Kerry's service, the better he looks.
