I'm sure Kerry will if Bush will. Maybe they can have a joint signing photo-op. Then we can finally see Bush's disciplinary records!

Why would Kerry have after action report records as part of his personnel records? After action reports should be at the National Archives like all other after action report records. I've read original 3rd Inf division daily journal reports and S-3 reports at the archives in college park. Thats where I would think that info would be.
