I agree on Lieberman costing Gore the 2000 election. He certainly cost Gore my vote. Interesting that amid all the attacks on Nader there was no discussion in the mainstream media that I can recall about Lieberman possibly costing Gore the election. That would have been politically "incorrect". What puzzles me then and still puzzles me today is why Gore chose this Zionist fanatic to run with him. Especially in view of Gore's strong criticism of the Bush Iraq war -- an adventure that Lieberman fervently supports.
