Did you wonder how move-on and kerry would explain the Bush is Hitler statements a few months back? Pretty strong language that kerry never refuted. Move-on danced around it. Probably, Bush-Cheney will dance around the pamphlet question that you pose. My point is that any (or perhaps all) 527's do what they wish. So much for campaign finance reform etc. That whole issue was a joke as far as I was concerned. It is one those "It looks good on paper policies." Thus far in this election it seems to have benefited the democrats the most.
