Electroral College should change
I think I understand why the system exists but I strongly dislike the winner take all approach that all but a couple states use. I would rather have each congressional district award one electoral vote decided by the popular vote in that district and each state get two electoral votes that would go to the winner of the popular vote accross the entire state. It would still take 270 to win but then some Republican votes in NY might matter and some Democrat votes in Texas might matter.
