Oh well, the WSJ editors, if I am not mistaken, have always been in favour of the Republicans because the Republicans have always been pro-big businesses and investments.

Under Bush, big businesses have profited at the expense of the small guys. Just look at the likes of ENRON and the horrendous damage it has wrought in America and elsewhere.
Under Bush's current tax-cut plan, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer all the time. Bush's plan favours the rich and enables them to invest their money in equities. This is good for the Wall Street wise guys. No wonder....
