I must admit, the vegitarian diet promoted by Dr Gillian McKeith on UK's Channel four program "you are what you eat" has been impressive with it's results. It took some very obese people, with eating disorders of various kinds, and made an immediate and lasting effect on how they looked after themselves.

Definitly a subject worth reading if your over weight, though I suspect DAK is at his target weight.

obesity related healthcare costs are already higher than smoking related ones. on the plus side, if you make the fatsos smoke they will lose weight. -ng/g-
