It's a great unknown. As far as I know, Kerry has no experience in being in charge of any government unit -- not a mayor, not a governor, not even a school board president. We have no idea how he would act if he were in full charge.

Could be better than Bush. Could be worse.

Changing horses in mid war is always a tricky proposition.
