"And that's not even counting the over $100M in revenues from Michael Moore's "documentary.""

How is this relevant? The revenues, minus expenses, are profits that the company that is distributing the movie takes as profits. This is different than money spent on airing commercials...

And if the Dems have a lot of corruption to hide, the Republicans have even more. How much money has Bush raised so far? How much did he spend last time? Remember when he lied about Gore outspending him with soft money>

No need to tell me how the Republicans are also awash in "corrupt" money, because I thought it was the Dems who was for the po' peeps.

The Democrats are not INcorrupt, they are LESS corrupt. The 527 ads are a good example. Anti-Kerry 527s like the Swift Boaters tell lies. Anti-Bush 527s simply tell the truth. Maybe that's because it's easier to criticize Bush because he is so incompetent. But I think the superior morality of the Democratic Party is a factor, too.

However, you are correct in a sense. The reason Bush is in such deep trouble is not because he offended poor people. It's because he has frightened a segment of the elite who run this country. That's the same reason we quit Vietnam. It had nothing to do with moral outrage by peaceniks. It had everything to do with anger in board rooms.
