Kerry managed to get back home within 4mos with medals for scratches, while many soldiers refused to submit requests for medals unless their injuries were severe. How can anyone support such a self-promoter? His actions made the Purple Heart look like a charade...when in fact it is John Kerry who is the tin soldier.

I don't know. I think there are soldiers in Iraq right now, trying to achieve that third wound so they can go home, thanks to John Kerry and the press. Some of them might even win other stuff while doing it, like Silver Stars, and Congressional Medal of Honors!
