The SMEARboat Vets for lies and distortion are a disgrace to out country and to all veterans...Bush should have condemned their Ads specifically...Yet, Bush's Brain (Karl Rove) does not want that to happen.

Exactly wrong. Kerry is a Vietnam turncoat. He slandered his 2.6 former Vietnam comrades in order to win an election. That's why he's not qualified to be POTUS. The U.S. military would not be loyal to John Kerry, and would worry that he could turn his back on them at any moment, just as he deserted the Vietnam vets.
