Vetted 1000 times BS to you - was kerry in Cambodia on Christmas Eve?

"BS. Kerry's war record has been vetted 1000 times detail by detail for 30+ years starting with the FBI and Nixon White House. Kerry doesn't like to talk about it because no Vietnam Vet likes to talk about killing, seeing the dying and being wounded in free fire zones. "

BS. Kerry's war record has been vetted 1000 times detail by detail for 30+ years

There's a big difference now.

Kerry has never before been subjected to national
scrutiny in a campaign for President.
After all, he originally let Massachusetts voters
think he was Irish, and that misimpression took a
while to disspell. The fact that the Eastern liberals
kept re-electing him along with T. Kennedy doesn't
mean he's ever really faced true scrutiny.

I think that's why Kerry failed to take seriously
the swiftvet challenge to his military record
and allowed--- and engaged in--- the ceaseless
denigration of Bush's military service, including
the AWOL charge that you yourself have posted about literally dozens of times just since Friday.

A certain degree of arrogance results from having
gotten away with things in the past. That's why
the Kerry camp thought nothing of focusing his
qualifications for POTUS on his abbreviated military
career.

The truth is that Kerry and his handlers made a mistake.

Although my primary POV re: the swiftvets is that everyone
should have an opportunity to exercise their First
AMendment rights---not just the pro-Kerry 527's and
the Michael Moores of the world----, I find myself
curious as to the re-issued citations for one or more
of Kerry's medals. (I think it was the Silver Star--the
one that had a "V" despite the fact that such medals
were not issued with "v's".)

What's up with that?
