NHC keeps moving a tiny bit to the north with each update:

nhc.noaa.gov

Personally my hopes are "anyplace but West Palm Beach."

Manny, I've been following many of the same sites. I just pulled up your link and it was last updated 8/30/04 in the morning.

I'll be deciding whether to evacuate my husband (who is disabled), dog and cat tomorrow, mid morning. I'd like to beat the rush. Those of us who just lived through the indecisiveness of Charlie do not want to hang around waiting for Frances to make up her mind.

We would probably head up the west coast of Florida into Alabama or Tennessee.

With the storm 4 days out, it could go anywhere but it has a very scary eye and seems determined. I'm swamped with work from Charlie and not interested in having any more. Money Penny
