The answer to either question will swing the polls. If the old guy is satisfactory, you don't swap him out for a new inexperienced guy. Even if the old guy is not satisfactory, you keep him in if the new guy doesn't look any better.

People vote the lesser of two evils. The answer though, is simple. Bush because he will do the best job of going after the Militant Muslims. (Yes, I know you are happier calling them terrorists.)

There are many reasons to support GWB. Here is the most important one as we fight to defeat the terrorists: Who supports the military? GWB does, the other talks about it.
