Kevin, I think California will be one of Dubya's targets for economic mugging. Remember, Lay, Cheney and Bush tried to take California down with their energy shenanigans and nearly succeeded. They did get rid of the Democratic governor with their economic manipulation. Arnold was actually in meetings with them at the time, but nobody knows how much if anything they told him and I doubt he agreed to screw California for Enron. Without fear of the electorate, they can go full bore for the next 4 years to turn the golden state into tin.
