I have wondered for some time why the USA has not had attacks similar to the one in Russia. No doubt any dedicated effort could bring whatever weapons and terrorists required. There are more than enough easy targets in the USA But I suspect AQ leaders fear that such an act would galvanize the country and provoke a response that would hasten their demise. AQ must divide our national will in order to weaken our resolve and efforts. They can bring the greatest damage to the USA by shaking our resolve in the Mideast and then gaining control of oil producing areas in the Gulf. Once mothers in the USA feel that their children have become a target of the terrorists you wont find them taking pleasure viewing movies such as 9 11 or listening to John Kerry talk about working with Spain and France. The threatened moms will be screaming "what ever it takes".
