The fact you don't know/understand "what", says all...and that you live in one of the "Axis of Weasels" country's tells me all I need to know, and based on your previous post's I've read, you know very little about the USA...

Appeasement is not a method of protection! Besides-- France is going to write a book on how to surrender and be freed by someone else. As King George II said, they are with us or the terrorists. Their decision to remain on their own is their decision. With the repositioning of troops from Germany not only will they now have to protect themselves, but do it in a sinking economy.
