Appeasement is not a method of protection! There's no appeasement. If you quote Spain as an example let's agree to disagree in advance. With the repositioning of troops from Germany not only will they now have to protect themselves, but do it in a sinking economy. Germany delivers more commercial goods and services to the world than the USA or any other country.
