Terri Hatcher...

OJ (True Story):

When the Canadian national lottery got going in 1982, no one won it for like 4 weeks around Christmas and the prize got up to 14 million (a lot of money in 1982). Whole country was talking about it, with lines at convenience stores to buy tickets.

The next week someone won it, and they changed the rules so the prize wouldn't get so high again. If that doesn't sum up life in Canada....

Too much excitement was the reason given. I'm not kidding. If only Greenspan were running things up here, LOL.

Thanks for the reply. Someone gave me that answer shortly after I posted that.

How many psychiatrists does it take to change a light bulb?
It's hard to say: It has to want to change.
