It has never happened. During Reagan's time, we cut taxes and 3 trillions were added to the national debt in those 8 years.

On the other hand, the Clinton administration raised taxes on the rich in the early 90's, and the revenues increased in the late 90's!

Can you actually document that fairy tale? It didn't work for Reagan, and it's not working for Bush. It's NEVER worked! There is no free lunch.
