Didn't the WaPo tell us over and over that the charges were baseless and discredited?

Reads like your spouse complaining about you.

So, the Swift boat thing was a debacle for the Kerry campaign? How did that happen? Didn't the WaPo tell us over and over that the charges were baseless and discredited?
Since when does it matter whether charges are "baseless and discredited" or not? "It's the charge, stupid!"

So did the President. He said Kerry served honorably and should be proud of his service.

You have to hand it to Karl Rove. He knows how to sling the stuff without leaving any prints. You don't have to get everybody to believe it - if you could move 2% (that is a 4 point swing for non math majors) that could decide things in a close election.

You, me and and a lot of other people know it was all Karl Rove - but proving it is something else. The guy is a genius. Maybe even smarter than Carville <gggg>.
