<bemoaning the deaths of 1003 americans> The loss is tragic -- if not for this loss and the losses suffered by of thousands of soldiers wounded in action, then we could have a nice little debating society here. But when you send fine young Americans to die for their country, you had better be crystal clear about why -- with a crystal clear mission. What we have now is a lot of political ass covering -- and a situation that slips deeper into chaos by the day. It is time to stop the BS and get real. You can join Neocon and say that things are going well in Iraq. Talk about sticking your head in the sand! Or you can face facts -- we have no clear mission in Iraq, and we invaded with a large cloud over what turned out to be a bogus mission. Now we provide target practice to millions of unemployed men with an unlimited supply of small arms and a deep desire to kill us or see us gone. We had choices -- we made bad ones. It is time to talk about the future -- the future of Iraq without our troops on the ground there.
