I agree with every word except the NO. Its much to rigid in todays world. The word NO implies to me that even appeasement might be tried before going to war. Chamberlin followed your strategy. Having said that, it does not mean the iraqi war clearly met my standards and with 20/20 hindsight there is a good case to be made that it didnt. I lean to support of our decision but what used to be a 80/20 lean now is 60/40. mike
