The "europeans" of whom you speak are mainly the French and the Germans. Such honorable folk, right? I would much prefer the Poles, the Czechs, the Danes, not to mention the Brits. I think we need to come up with a term for Europeans Not Including the French and Germans. Any ideas?

If it weren't for French assistance in 1777 we would today be singing God Save the Queen instead of The Star Spangled Banner. As far as the French and Germans... let's see... 1,003 Americans dead, 8,000 injured, how many children missing a father or mother?, 10,000 Iraqis dead $200 billion and counting - and no end in sight. It seems the French and Germans were quite reasonable in asking for time for the UN inspectors to finish before they got involved in a war. What was the rush again? Saddam was ready to transfer WMD to Osama at any moment? the European countries that do SO much (not) for the US
