Your problem is you don't want to fight back against terrorists at all. Bush has given OBL WHAT he wanted: - US out of Saudi Arabia (especially women) Troops, yes. Civilians, no. OBL said all must leave. - Destabilizing the Saudi government SA gov't is no more unstable than its been for decades. But SA has been forced to fight AQ now instead of sitting out the war on terror. A good thing. - Elevation of OBL to holy warrior against the US (instead of simply murderer, criminal and coward) He achieved this on his own by attacking us on 911. He was cheered all over the Arab world. - Removal of SECULAR dictator SH "Secular" dictator SH recast himself as fervent Muslim, having a Koran written using his blood as ink. - Growth of fundamentalist power in Iraq There have always been fundamentalists there as elsewhere in Arab world. But major leaders are pledged to build a moderate government, including al Sistani, the primary Aaytollah in Iraq.
