That CYA memo looks fishy to me.

It could be that the right-wing web site where I saw it compared to WORD was distorted, but that kind of deception could be easily duplicated and checked.

It could be that it is a version of a handwritten memo that was retyped and signed at a later date and a part of a CYA-more-thoroughly campaign.

It could be forgery. Then the question of what would be gained by it. That memo doesn't contain any failure to obey orders while the other memos do. If it could somehow be added to the stack of memos that the white house knew was about to be released it could serve to discredit the whole bunch. The Ben Barnes segment was delayed by a few days at least, I don't know why, but it may have been to coincide with a document release. I would like to hear more from CBS about the order in which these memos reached them.
