He was a manager and was the public face of the team. Everything he does in life people will say his fathers influence helped him. Maybe so. But that's life. Re. gov't welfare for his team's stadium, I don't like those things either but that is the fact of life in the business.

What is Kerry's business experience? Has he held a job outside of gov't?

The arguments on the deficits would have more appeal if one believed Kerry, the most liberal man in the Senate, would be more fiscally responsible and if there weren't another issue that trumps it. But there is, national defense.
