I think you could offer us your good libertarian input, JB

Thank you for the compliment. :) I think I'll take a back seat here for now while the focus is on this CBS implosion. This remarkable shredding of the old line liberal media is a more important development than who ends up winning the election, IMO.

To see CBS and such detestable rags such as the LA Times get pinned to the wall is a source of pure enjoyment for me. When I lived in LA back in the 80's, reading the editorial pages of the Times in the morning was enough to make me spew my breakfast. It was a true breath of fresh air when I discovered the Orange County Register (ocregister.com), a true libertarian source of news in Southern CA. The Las Vegas Review-Journal (reviewjournal.com) is another excellent libertarian oriented newspaper.

And thanks to Fox News and internet sources such as the bloggers, who are performing such excellent (and fast) fact finding, and threads such as this on SI, there is a true revolution in progress, expanding the available sources of honest news reporting. I think it's a truly momentous sea change in the medium and the positive repercussions are just beginning to be realized.

We live in interesting times...

Regards, JB
