It means the United States invasion of Iraq is no better than the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. Who will indite Bush and his regime so they can be arrested to answer for the illegal invasion of Iraq? Would they have to stand in front of the World Court? Maybe this is just going to go only as far as the world court of public opinion.
