I have an old 401k from a company I used to work for held at Fidelity. If I were trading Canadian issues regularly I would move it, but it is mainly buy and hold. They charge me $37.95 to execute CRT limit orders. Ticker is pink sheets, not really certain if the execution is US or Canada though.
