We've seen terrorist attacks all across the middle east, Europe and Russia.

Are you really suggesting that a bunch of Chechens killed hundreds of school children in Russia because the US invaded Iraq? The Russian government opposed the war, you fool. Their problems with Muslim terrorists are entirely of their own making, and it seems clear that their opposition to the coalition's use of force did absolutely nothing to help them with that problem.
