The vote wa almost 2-1 for change.

The handwriting was on the wall very early, from what I heard at the AGM.

I wish no ill will to anyone, and I would have loved to see REK succeed. I have no doubt she worked hard. But there comes a time when, for the sake of preservation of the company and what it is left of my investment, things had to change.

I have no doubt also that the staff at DMX are good people and worked their butts off to make things happen, but again, the business model they were compelled to work with proved to be virtually impossible to execute.

I really wish them all the best and I hope that a many as possible will keep their jobs.

The task ahead though will not be easy and we are not out of the woods. But I am more optimistic now than I was a few days ago.
