"can not legitimately be called "lies" under any rational thought process...... " I have asked many times for the substantively rational explanation for calling these 'lies.' I have yet to recieve an explanation and typically get called names myself for asking the question. Accusing someone falsly of being a liar is at the very top of my list of dishonorable conduct. Accusing someone you suspect of lying without finding solid evidence is also very high on the list ... So I am driven to inquire, again and again. It is beyond my ability to understand how people can live with themselves after having committed such an act. I am not opposed to calling someone a liar when there is overwhelming evidence that they have uttered falsehoods with an obvious intent to deceive us. In fact, labeling such conduct accurately and truthfully is obligatory.
