LOL--dream on...Clinton had EIGHT years...made no difference whatsoever in your environmental issues. All he did was sign a bunch of UNREALISTIC executive orders after he was impeached, and as they dragged his ass out of office on the last day. remember how clinton promised to "work" for the American people until the last day???...he screwed you even as he was walking out the door....LOL Texas , in the end, is taking care of all you Yankees...and all you can do is whine about it.
