Giving Kerry credit for having "plans" is more than I would do. His only real plan is to say or do whatever is necessary to win the election. He has yet to articulate a meaningful campaign platform, other than to attack Bush.

That just doesn't cut it with me. And I HOPE it doesn't with the rest of America.

My belief is that just about anybody else will not make as many stupid mistakes as Bush has made.

For example, Bush wanted to send out Powell to collect money from countries around the world to aid in Iraqi reconstruction. The day before Powell went to raise that money, Bush announces that the U.S. will contribute $20B and that bidding on contracts to use any reconstruction dollars collected will go only to current coalition members. So at that point all non-coalition members like France and Germany immediately decided not to give any money. That was a tactical mistake.

Kerry is much more likely to use not only our military, but our diplomatic arms to help fight this war. Whereas, Bush has only proved that he knows how to use our military arm. We need both arms to fight effectively.
