You appear to have been un-ignored... either the site transition or the hurricane, I guess.

Jeez, I wonder what it was about Carter that you respected?

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (Reuters) - President Bush on Monday mocked his Democratic rival John Kerry for shifting his positions on Iraq so many times he could "debate himself" in this week's face-off between the two candidates.

Ted, Carter was one of the few Democrats whom I respected, but lately he's been making some boneheaded comments as his message has turned from "Peace in our time" to "Get Bush."

ABB. You repeat that like its a mantra but clearly, you don't understand it. Hatred for Bush runs extraordinarily deep for many good reasons that have been greatly critiqued on this thread.

Of course, Carter would feel the same way. You could probably add Powell and McCain to that list but they have to be good boys because they are members of the GOP.

Carter was never presidential. Not hard enough. OTOH, he's good evangelist material.
