re: We had one administration that did not have the guts to do anything, and another one that did have the guts but did not fully succeed. You seem to be spending all your time complaining about the one with guts, and giving a pass to the one with no guts.

The US didn't have the political will to go after al Qaeda before 9/11. Clinton or Bush. You know that. But who cares? Clinton isn't president. Bush is the one now attacking the wrong country.

re: What about the ones in Guantanamo? Kill them?

If they were involved in 9/11, damn right.

What about the ones in Guantanamo? Kill them?

Well at first hopefully you agree that they should be convicted of some crime, or at least it should be made clear that they are/were a threat to someone.

Have you ever heard any of the guidelines that were used to decide which people captured in Afghanistan were sent to Guantanamo, and which were released? I haven't.

Without some form of trial or something, and zero explanation as to how it was decided that a captured person in Afghanistan should go to Guantanamo, how do you even know there are any Jihadists there? I'm not saying the proof of their crime/guilt doesn't exist, I'm just saying I have seen zero of it.

Have you?
