What makes you think any other country will sit and work with Kerry adn "assume the burden?" Why is it you think he can pacify these countries enough for them to send troops? He can't. He is not that charismatic enough. These countries are against the war and mad at America. France and Germany are on record as NOT sending troops even if Kerry gets elected. So, he is getting holes blown in his plan before the ink is even dry on the napkin he wrote it on.

Oh, that explains Kerry's solutions: He would "seek", "convene," "figure out," and "search."

Absolutely nothing factual, concrete, or thought-out.

Kerry is the biggest faker to come along in a long, long time. Even Dukakis had more substance than he does.

Maybe if Kerry hadn't missed 73% of his Senate committee's hearings over the past 20 years of his doing nothing, he'd have some real solutions instead of just Bush-bashing.
