Ted, And the only thing that makes me sicker is self righteous uncaring, tax cut grubbing peons like yourself who try to make this a money issue one more time as if freeloaders and the poor are synonymous.

Just as I thought, you aren't getting the point, and instead you are resorting to personal attacks because you feel sick to your stomach.

Sorry to disappoint you but I got the point. You think your points are extraordinarily inciteful or appropriate. However, from my understanding of the issues, they are not. Worse they sound very shallow. Apparently, you are unaware of their impact.

Let me clarify: I'm not making this a money issue or a class issue. I'm making it an issue of choice. Bush is sending those who chose to be soldiers into battle. Rangel wants to send those who DIDN'T choose to be soldiers into battle. It's that simple.

But IT is a class issue. Since WW II, the rich have started the wars and the lower classes have fought them. That is an undemocratic concept that Rangel's proposed legislation will mitigate some but not all of that imbalance.

No need to bring up alleged "parasites" like Paris Hilton or Jenna and Barbara Bush, because you know just as well as I do that they aren't going to be the ones who would be drafted. Come to think of it, you're not going to be drafted, either, so who are you to call for one?

In a democracy, everyone is involved in the decision making process, not just the elite. What a concept, huh?!

And if Paris Hilton and Barbara Bush are not prepared to fight, then we'd better not start any wars.
